Mounting kit for 60 mm busbar system

This kit is designed for mounting SPX 000/00 type enclosures on a 60 mm busbar system. It consists of components that enable stable and precise fixation of the enclosure within the XL3 400 distribution board. The material is steel; the surface remains in its raw state, requiring additional protection in aggressive or humid environments.

Perforations in the structure allow flexible adjustment of the enclosure position to match existing infrastructure – it can be mounted both on busbars and directly to the wall using screws. Dimensions: 515 mm width and 300 mm height – these are matched to standard XL3 400 enclosure sizes, eliminating the need for adjustments or modifications.

Insulating brackets are not included in this kit – if insulation between the busbar and the enclosure is required, an insulating bracket must be added separately (e.g., REF 605246). This is not a complete enclosure; it is solely a mounting base. For the installer, it is a simple, reliable component: no on-site tightening is required, the structure contains no moving parts, and no plastic materials are used. It performs equally well in new installations as well as during modernization of existing distribution boards.

Important note: this kit is not suitable for mounting SPX 1 or SPX 2 enclosures – a different kit (REF 020249) is required for those. Incorrect selection may result in the inability to mount the enclosure or improper door positioning.
