Perforated cable tray 400 x 50 637751
Cable duct – a solid solution for installation organization
This cable duct, made of durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC), is a practical solution for routing and protecting electrical and telecommunications cables. Its dimensions – 400 mm wide and 50 mm high – allow for the free arrangement of a large number of cables. A length of 3000 mm provides flexibility in installation design.
The duct is perforated at the bottom, which facilitates mounting and allows cables to be routed anywhere. The lack of side perforations minimizes the risk of damage to the cables during installation. The gray color (RAL 7030) provides an aesthetic appearance and blends well with most environments. A material thickness of 4 mm guarantees adequate rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage.
Application and installation
The duct is perfect for both commercial and industrial installations, as well as in residential buildings. It can be used in offices, production halls, warehouses or single-family homes. Installation is simple and intuitive thanks to the mounting perforations in the lower part – simply attach the duct to the wall or ceiling using appropriate fixing elements (not included). The useful cross-section of 17821 mm² allows for comfortable routing of even extensive cable bundles.
Properties and benefits
- Made of PVC – a material resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage.
- Mounting perforation – facilitates mounting and cable routing.
- Width 400 mm – allows for the arrangement of a large number of cables.
- Thickness 4 mm – ensures adequate rigidity of the structure.
- Operating temperature range from -5°C to 60°C – allows use in various environmental conditions.
- Gray RAL 7030 color – aesthetic appearance, blends well with the surroundings.
- No cover - provides easy access to cables after installation
- Model without connector - gives freedom in installation configuration
The duct does not have a surface protection (raw state) and does not meet the requirements for E30/E90 fire resistance systems, or NATO mounting hole patterns. It is a basic cable duct designed for standard applications where functionality and ease of installation are a priority.
