Mounting equipment for flush-mounted distribution boards

Set of 4 brackets + cable ties for installation has been specially developed for the RWN/Nedbox flush-mounted distribution board system, providing a professional installation solution for solid and hollow walls. This complete fixing kit enables quick and secure installation of electrical distribution boards in various construction conditions.

Construction, materials and application

The kit components are made of high-quality plastic characterized by self-extinguishing properties - resistance to glowing wire at temperatures up to 750°C according to EN 60695-2-11 standard. The material provides long-term mechanical stability and resistance to environmental conditions typical for electrical installations.

The compact dimensions of the components (37 × 10 × 45 mm) allow for discreet mounting without affecting wall aesthetics. Each bracket has been precisely designed for optimal distribution of clamping forces, ensuring stable seating of the distribution board even under intensive use.

The kit is designed for installation in hollow walls (drywall) and solid walls (masonry), making it a universal solution for various construction projects. Particularly recommended for installations in residential, commercial and industrial construction.

Compatibility includes the entire RWN distribution board range - from single modules to multi-row systems (1x12, 2x12, 3x12, 4x12 modules). The kit can be used for both new installations and modernization of existing electrical systems.

Safety, standards and practical advantages

The system meets Class II protection requirements, providing double insulation protecting against electric shock. The protection degree IP40 guarantees an effective barrier against ingress of foreign objects larger than 1mm.

Mechanical strength IK07 confirms resistance to impacts with energy up to 2J, equivalent to a hammer weighing approximately half a kilogram striking from a height of half a meter. The kit meets the requirements of IEC 62208 standard, enabling creation of assemblies compliant with IEC 61439-3.

Installation using this kit is much simpler than traditional methods - it does not require specialized tools or additional fixing elements. The cable ties included in the kit allow for organized routing of wires inside the distribution board.

Dedicated accessories eliminate the risk of incorrect installation or damage to the distribution board during installation. The kit also enables easy disassembly and reassembly of the system without the need to replace fixing components.
