The side and rear cover with a size of 725 mm is an element of the XL³6300 and XL³4000 cabinet systems, serving as both a side and rear wall, which allows for flexible configuration of the cabinet space according to individual installation needs.

The product features an IP30 protection class and IK07 mechanical resistance. Thanks to the materials used and the production process, the cover guarantees long-term protection against external factors while maintaining easy access to the interior of the cabinet.

Construction and materials

The cover body is made of steel subjected to a powder coating process. The surface is coated with paint in color RAL7035 (grey), which meets the aesthetic requirements of electrical installations.

Powder coating guarantees uniform coverage without the runs or irregularities characteristic of liquid painting methods. This finishing technology translates into ease of cleaning - the surface can be safely cleaned with standard chemical agents without the risk of damaging the coating.

Dimensions and compatibility

The panel is characterized by dimensions adapted to the XL³ system standards: mounting width 725 mm, height 2076 mm, and mounting depth 725 mm. These parameters ensure a fit to the XL³6300 and XL³4000 cabinet structural frames, eliminating the need for additional modifications during installation.

The spacing of exactly 725 mm corresponds to the standard grid of the modular system, enabling integration with other components such as cable supports, power strips, or distribution modules. The total width of the panel is 706 mm, which allows for the maintenance of mounting gaps necessary for the proper functioning of the system.
