The PlexoS surface-mounted distribution board with a capacity of 2 modules is a compact and reliable solution for electrical installations requiring high protection against environmental conditions. Made of high-quality plastic, it ensures durability and safety of use in industrial and service environments.

Construction and enclosure materials

The enclosure is made of solid plastic in light gray (RAL7035) with a dark gray cover (RAL7046), providing an aesthetic appearance and good visibility of internal components. Compact dimensions of 75×170×106 mm allow for space savings during installation, while still accommodating the full functionality of a two-module distribution board.

The design complies with IEC 61439-3 and IEC 60670-24 standards, guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the installation. Impact resistance at the IK07 level protects the enclosure from mechanical damage, and glow wire resistance of 650°C ensures fire safety.

IP protection and operating conditions

The IP65 protection rating provides complete protection against dust and water jets, enabling installation in places exposed to moisture and splashing. The transparent door allows for monitoring the status of devices without the need to open the enclosure, increasing operational safety.

The device operates in a wide temperature range from -15°C to +55°C, both during operation and storage, making it suitable for diverse climatic conditions. The door is signal-permeable, allowing communication without the need to open the enclosure.

Functionality and equipment

The distribution board is equipped with a DIN rail allowing the mounting of standard modular devices with a rated current of 63A. The single door features reversible opening directions, making it easy to adapt to the specifics of the installation site.

It is supplied with Class II plugs ensuring safe electrical insulation of all circuits. The enclosure does not include a lock, earth bar, or neutral bar, focusing on the basic functionality of a modular distribution board.

Surface mounting is simple and intuitive, and the compact installation depth of 102 mm allows for discreet installation even in limited spaces.
