Waterproof hermetic distribution board for industrial applications

The PlexoS hermetic distribution board is an advanced solution designed specifically for industrial and service installations, where reliability and protection against adverse environmental conditions are of key importance. Thanks to the IP65 protection rating and IK07 impact resistance, the device ensures full tightness against dust and water jets, while simultaneously guaranteeing the mechanical safety of the installed components.

The construction, based on two rows of 12 modules each (totaling 24 spaces), allows for the flexible, orderly, and functional arrangement of modular devices. The transparent door allows for quick inspection of the installation status without the need to open the enclosure, significantly increasing operational comfort in industrial environments.

Materials and construction resistant to extreme conditions

The enclosure, made of high-quality plastic, is characterized by exceptional durability and resistance to external factors. The material maintains its properties across a wide operating temperature range (from -15°C to +55°C), making the distribution board ideal for both indoor and outdoor installations.

The self-extinguishing properties of the material (resistance to a 650°C glow wire) and its classification as class II insulation guarantee the highest standards of electrical safety. The light gray enclosure (RAL 7035) combined with a dark gray cover (RAL 7046) provides a professional appearance suitable for modern technical installations.

Functionality and installation comfort

The distribution board is supplied ready to use, equipped with complete grounding (PE) and neutral (N) terminal blocks, as well as TH35 type DIN mounting rails. The three-point mounting system with longitudinal adjustment slots allows for precise positioning and easy fastening to various surfaces.

The transparent door-type cover not only enables visual inspection of the device status but also allows radio signals to pass through, which is important when using wireless communication inside the enclosure. The reversible cover design allows the opening direction to be adjusted to the specific requirements of the installation site.

Thanks to its compact dimensions (285×350×106 mm), the PlexoS distribution board performs excellently in applications with limited mounting space, while maintaining the full functionality of larger solutions. The hermetic design eliminates the risk of moisture condensation inside the enclosure, which translates to an extended lifespan of the installed electrical devices.
