Waterproof distribution board for demanding installations

The PlexoS surface-mounted distribution board is a professional solution for electrical installations in environments requiring high protection against weather conditions. Thanks to the IP65 protection class and IK07 impact resistance, the device ensures reliable operation in both industrial and service applications.

Construction and enclosure materials

The enclosure is made of durable plastic in light gray (RAL7035) with a dark gray cover (RAL7046). The material features self-extinguishing properties - resistance to glow-wire testing up to 650°C, which guarantees safety of use.

Compact dimensions (141×200×106 mm) accommodate 4 electrical modules in one row, ensuring optimal use of mounting space. The transparent cover allows for easy access and control of modular devices without the need to open the enclosure.

Safety and internal components

The product is supplied with grounding (PE) terminal blocks and a neutral (N) terminal, which are already factory-installed. Additionally, Class II terminal covers are included, ensuring full installation safety.

The interior is equipped with a DIN rail for mounting modular devices with currents up to 63A. The enclosure features 3 mounting points and elongated holes that allow for precise positioning during installation.

Operating and environmental parameters

The distribution board operates in a wide temperature range from -15°C to +55°C, both during operation and storage. The IK07 impact resistance protects against mechanical damage, and the IP65 protection class guarantees full sealing against dust and water jets.

The design allows for position adjustment thanks to elongated mounting holes and a reversible cover, which allows changing the door opening direction according to installation needs.
