Waterproof distribution board for demanding applications

PlexoS surface-mounted distribution board for organizing electrical installations. Thanks to the IP65 protection class and IK07 impact resistance, it is suitable for both industrial and service applications - from workshops and warehouses to commercial and office facilities.

The single-row construction accommodates 6 modules on a standard DIN rail, allowing for flexible configuration of overcurrent protection devices, residual current devices, and other modular devices. The transparent door allows for a quick view of the device status without the need to open the enclosure.

Construction and materials

The enclosure is made of plastic in gray RAL 7046. The dimensions 177×200×106 mm have been selected to accommodate typical sets of modular devices while maintaining a compact form.

The IP65 protection class guarantees full resistance to dust and water jets - the distribution board can be mounted even outdoors or in high-humidity rooms such as laundries or boiler rooms. The IK07 impact resistance protects against accidental impacts.

Functionality and equipment

The distribution board is supplied complete with grounding (PE) and neutral (N) terminal strips mounted on a bracket inside the enclosure. The DIN rail is already installed and ready for the installation of modular devices.

The door is transparent, enabling continuous monitoring of the device status and its signaling indicators without the need to open the enclosure. The door design allows for it to be reversibly mounted - the ability to change the opening side adapts the distribution board to the specifics of the installation site.

Surface mounting via three mounting points and elongated mounting holes facilitates precise leveling.

Compliance and operating conditions

The device meets European standard requirements - it has the CE certificate and RoHS declaration, confirming the absence of harmful substances in the enclosure material. The operating temperature ranges from -5°C to +40°C, allowing for installation in both unheated utility rooms and outdoors.

Class II insulation provides basic insulation of the device without the need for additional grounding of metal parts accessible by touch - this simplifies installation, especially in older buildings without a functional grounding system.

Technical documentation includes a data sheet and EPD environmental declarations confirming the ecological production of the device.
