The PlexoS distribution board is a waterproof IP65-rated plastic enclosure designed for industrial and service applications. With a capacity of 8 modules in a single row, it provides a compact solution for electrical installations requiring high protection against environmental conditions.

Construction and materials ensuring durability in harsh conditions

The enclosure is made of high-quality plastic, which guarantees long-term resistance to corrosion and atmospheric factors. The transparent door not only allows for easy monitoring of the installation status without the need to open the enclosure, but also transmits radio signals - an important function for communication systems.

The external dimensions are 213 × 200 × 106 mm (width × height × depth), which, with a mounting depth of 102 mm, ensures an optimal ratio of capacity to occupied space. The light grey RAL7035 color for the body and dark grey RAL7046 for the cover fit perfectly into the aesthetics of the installation.

Safety systems and installation compatibility

The IP65 protection rating guarantees full protection against dust and water jets from any angle, making the distribution board ideal for mounting both inside high-humidity buildings and outdoors. Additionally, the IK07 impact resistance protects the enclosure against mechanical damage with energy up to 2 joules - a standard level of protection for devices mounted in public places.

Insulation class II eliminates the need for additional grounding of the enclosure and simplifies the installation process. The distribution board is adapted to operate in temperatures from -15°C to +55°C during both operation and storage.

Practical mounting and operational solutions

Surface mounting is enabled by three mounting points and longitudinal mounting holes - this solution allows for precise leveling of the enclosure even on uneven surfaces. The reversible cover and the possibility of changing the door hinge side ensure flexibility in adapting to specific installation conditions.

The interior is equipped with a DIN rail allowing for the mounting of standard modular devices, as well as factory-installed neutral (N) and protective earth (PE) terminal blocks. This configuration eliminates the need for additional wiring and shortens installation time.

Thanks to the high IP65 protection class, the PlexoS distribution board can be mounted in underground garages, technical basements, automotive workshops, and utility rooms with high humidity. It can also be mounted on the external walls of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings - anywhere reliable protection of the electrical installation against atmospheric conditions is required.

Adaptation for devices with currents up to 63A makes it a universal solution for most typical domestic and semi-industrial installations. The 8-module capacity is sufficient to implement a typical distribution of lighting circuits, sockets, and specialized devices in a single enclosure.
