The Legrand Keor SP 1000 UPS is a Line-Interactive type uninterruptible power supply designed to provide continuous power in the event of a power outage. It is suitable for both home installations and offices or small server rooms, protecting sensitive electronic devices from data loss and damage. An apparent power of 1000 VA (600 W of active power) allows you to connect a computer, monitor, router, modem and other essential devices.

Functionality and versatility

This model stands out for its versatility thanks to two C13 type output sockets and two FR (Schuko) type sockets. Additionally, it has a USB Type-A connector for charging mobile devices even during a power outage. The built-in AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) stabilizes the output voltage, protecting connected equipment from voltage fluctuations in the network. Thanks to Line-Interactive technology, the UPS reacts immediately to changes in power supply, eliminating interference and ensuring a smooth switch to battery power. The power supply also has an RS-232 communication port and a USB Type B interface for basic communication with a computer.

Construction and application

The Keor SP 1000 UPS is characterized by a compact, freestanding design, making it easy to place in different spaces. The LED indicator informs about the operating mode of the device and the battery level. The sound signal off button allows you to adjust the operation of the UPS to individual preferences. The device provides protection against overload, short circuit, overvoltage and over-discharge or overcharge of the battery – which translates into a long service life of connected devices and the power supply itself. Batteries with a capacity of 2x12VDC 7Ah provide a backup time of up to 2 minutes at 75% load, giving time to safely save data and turn off equipment. The power factor of 0.6 means that the active power (600W) is 60% of the apparent power (1000VA), which is typical for this type of device.
