Viking 1 connector 35 mm2 path blue 037105
Professional connector for demanding electrical installations
The Viking 3 connector is an advanced solution for installers working with high current load circuits. Specifically designed for screw connections of copper conductors, it offers reliability and safety in industrial applications and public buildings.
Construction and conductor compatibility
The insulating body made of thermoplastic material provides excellent electrical insulation and mechanical resistance. The connector supports a wide range of conductor cross-sections: 2,5-50 mm² for solid conductors, 2,5-50 mm² for stranded conductors without ferrule terminals, and 4-35 mm² for stranded conductors with ferrule terminals.
The single-level design includes 2 clamping points per level, enabling the creation of "pass-through" connections - one input and one output. The mounting width is only 15 mm, allowing for dense packing in distribution boards while maintaining full functionality.
Operating parameters and safety
The device operates at a rated current of 125A and a voltage of 800V, making it suitable for most industrial applications. The operating temperature range of -5°C to +40°C ensures stability in various environmental conditions.
A special feature is the Ex-e explosion-proof design, confirmed by ATEX certificates, which allows for use in zones at risk of gas or vapor explosions. The insulating material has a flammability class of V2 according to UL94, guaranteeing enhanced fire safety for the installation.
Mounting and certification
Mounting is performed on a standard DIN TH-35 mm rail, ensuring compatibility with most distribution boards available on the market. The product requires the use of an end plate, which provides additional protection against accidental contact with live parts.
The connector has full technical documentation and international certificates, including UL Recognition, ATEX-LCIE, VERITAS, IMQ, and RoHS directive compliance. These documents confirm compliance with the highest quality and safety standards prevailing in the electrical industry.
