Professional terminal block for electrical installations on DIN rail

The Viking terminal block is a reliable solution for electrical connections in industrial and building installations. It is specifically designed for professionals mounting switchgear and electrical panels on a standard TH-35 mm DIN rail.

Operating parameters and safety

The device operates at a rated voltage of 800V and a current of 76A, making it suitable for most applications in low-voltage installations. The operating temperature range from -5°C to +40°C ensures stable operation in typical environmental conditions of technical rooms.

The Ex-e certified explosion-proof design guarantees safe operation in environments with an increased risk of explosion. The insulating material made of thermoplastic provides adequate electrical insulation and mechanical resistance.

Construction and compatibility

The compact design with dimensions of 12 × 63 × 57 mm allows for dense packing in switchgear. The terminal block utilizes a screw connection, which ensures secure and durable wire fastening without the need for specialized tools.

The single-level construction contains 2 terminals per level, allowing for the connection of two wires (input/output). The absence of internal tier bridging provides flexibility in installation configuration.

Connection ranges and mounting

The terminal block supports various types of wires:

• Solid wires: cross-section 1,5-25 mm²
• Stranded cables with ferrule: cross-section 4-16 mm²
• Stranded cables without ferrule: cross-section 1,5-25 mm²
• Multicore wires: cross-section 4-16 mm²

Mounting is performed on a standard TH-35mm (EN60715) DIN rail with a pitch between elements of 12mm. The product requires the use of an end plate (available separately), which ensures an aesthetic finish of the installation.

The gray color indicates standard use for power circuits (other colors are available in the Viking3 series for special applications).
