The Practibox S Multimedia wall-mounted media enclosure is a professional solution that enables the configuration of a comprehensive communication network in residential and office buildings. Thanks to its modular design, it allows for flexible adaptation to individual user needs, while simultaneously ensuring a safe and aesthetic finish for the installation.

Construction and materials

The enclosure made of plastic ensures high durability and resistance to heat up to 650°C, making it a safe choice for electrical installations. The media enclosure features full white doors in color RAL 9003, which blend perfectly into modern interior aesthetics.

The device dimensions are 386×328×108 mm, which corresponds to standard 2×12 module Practibox S media enclosures, allowing for easy integration with existing installation systems.

Configuration possibilities and equipment

The media enclosure is supplied without multimedia and power sockets, allowing for full personalization according to user needs. It is equipped with a plastic support plate enabling the mounting of:

• Mosaic-type multimedia sockets (maximum 8 modules) in the upper part of the plate - ideal for telephone, internet, and television installations
• Mosaic-type 2P+Z power sockets (maximum 2 sockets) in the lower part of the plate - providing safe power supply for connected devices
• Active devices such as routers, switches, or ISP modems in the central part of the plate, mounted using a cable tie for easy installation and service

A particular advantage is the dedicated space for Internet Service Provider (ISP) equipment, which allows for the aesthetic concealment and secure mounting of telecommunication devices.

Compliance with standards and operating conditions

The media enclosure meets the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction regarding the technical conditions that buildings and their location should meet, making it a legal solution for all types of buildings.

The device is characterized by zero power consumption in standby mode 24/7, which translates into operational savings and ecological benefits for the natural environment.

The design allows for the implementation of sets in accordance with the IEC 61439-3 standard, ensuring full compatibility with international standards for low-voltage electrical switchgear.
