This compact 18V LXT® battery-powered fan is a solution that performs effectively both on hot construction sites and in indoor spaces where it is necessary to accelerate the drying of compounds or paints. With an impeller diameter of 235 mm, the device generates an airflow capacity of 8.2 m³/min, enabling efficient cooling of the work area or air exchange in hard-to-reach locations. A key advantage for installers is the ability to operate not only on battery power but also using the included AC power adapter, eliminating the need for continuous battery recharging during long drying cycles.

Control Flexibility and Operating Range

The device offers full control over conditions in the work zone thanks to three speed settings (low, medium, high). The user can precisely adjust the airflow intensity—from a gentle breeze to maximum cooling power. Importantly, for safety when working with electronics and tools, the system features built-in battery protection: power is automatically cut off when the charge level drops to a critical point, preventing damage to Li-ion cells.

The fan is characterized by high adjustment flexibility:

• Automatic oscillation: the head automatically rotates 45° (left and right), expanding the coverage area without the need for manual direction adjustment.
• Wide adjustment angle: the vertical tilt can be set within a range of 135°, and the horizontal rotation up to 180°, allowing the airflow to be directed exactly where needed—for example, at an angle toward the ceiling or directly onto a wall with applied compound.
• Timer function: the built-in timer allows programming of the operating time, which is invaluable for processes requiring a constant airflow over a specified period (e.g., paint drying).

Mobility and Runtime in the Field

For professionals, runtime and mobility are crucial. Using an 18V battery with a capacity of 5.0 Ah, the device provides continuous operation for approximately 960 minutes (16 hours) on the lowest setting, over 9 hours (580 minutes) on medium speed, and about 6 hours (360 minutes) at maximum power. The weight of the unit itself is only 1.9 kg, and with the battery it does not exceed 2.6 kg, making it an extremely portable tool for moving between workstations without additional cables restricting movement.
