Thanks to the ability to charge a battery, it can function as an emergency UPS power supply, ensuring uninterrupted operation of devices even in the event of a power failure. A wide range of input voltages (90-264VAC, 127-370VDC) guarantees compatibility with various electrical installations.

Functionality and safety

The LAD-120A power supply offers two independent outputs: one with a current of 7.7A and the other with a current of 1A at 13.8V. Output voltage adjustment in the range of -20% to +5% allows for precise adjustment of parameters to the specific requirements of connected devices. Built-in protections against short circuits, overloads, overheating, and overvoltage protect both the power supply itself and the devices connected to it. AC OK, battery status, and battery connection indicators make it easy to monitor the device's operation and react quickly in the event of a failure. Two switches allow for safe disconnection of the mains power and battery.

Construction and application

The compact 1U profile housing (dimensions 159x97x30mm) makes it easy to mount in limited spaces. The power supply is adapted to work with acid and lithium-ion batteries, increasing its versatility. Cold start capability eliminates the risk of damage to the device during startup without a connected battery. High efficiency (86%) translates to lower energy consumption and less heat loss. The device operates in a wide temperature range from -20°C to +60°C, allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions.
