DLC-02-KN is a KNX to DALI-2 gateway, enabling the integration of advanced DALI lighting control systems with a KNX installation. Functionality and capabilities

The DLC-02-KN gateway features two independent DALI bus lines, each powered by a built-in power supply with a current of up to 250mA. This allows connecting up to 64 DALI actuators per bus line, resulting in a total of 128 control points. Four built-in relays (250V/5A) expand the device's functionality, enabling control of additional circuits. The gateway can be configured via USB and Ethernet, providing convenience and flexibility during installation and system startup. Additionally, the LCD display facilitates monitoring the device status and basic operating parameters.

Technical specifications

The DLC-02-KN device offers a wide range of configuration functions thanks to support for ETS5/ETS6 and the dedicated DCA application. It is possible to program up to 16 effects (with 32 steps per effect) and 16 timers (with 6 operations per timer). The gateway also has a function to test ballasts directly from a web browser, which greatly facilitates the system startup process. It should be noted that the gateway does not allow end-users to save lighting scenes.

The device is characterized by a solid construction and high reliability confirmed by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty from MEAN WELL. Mounting is done on a standard 35mm DIN rail.
