The MAE1851E15 busbar clamp is a high-end solution designed for professional mounting on 10 mm thick copper busbars. The device supports conductors with a cross-section from 50 mm² to 185 mm², ensuring a maximum operating current of 500A at 1000V AC/DC.

The clamp body is made of class 11 steel, subjected to a zinc galvanization process, guaranteeing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term operation in various environmental conditions. The stainless steel compression spring maintains constant conductor pressure, preventing connection loosening due to vibrations or temperature changes.

The clamp width is 35 mm, ensuring stable mounting even for larger conductor cross-sections. The hexagonal screw head allows tightening using a hex key with a slotted tip or a cross-head screwdriver, giving the installer flexibility in tool selection.

Universal application in switchboards

The MAE1851E15 clamp is specifically designed for flat busbars, offering compatibility with a wide range of conductor types. It supports round conductors with cross-sections up to 185 mm².
