The OTL300-3 connector is a professional electrical installation component designed for demanding energy and industrial applications. This universal terminal enables safe connection of aluminum and copper conductors with cross-sections from 95 to 300 mm² in installations with voltage up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC.

Advanced Connection Technology Without Adapters

The main advantage of this connector is its special galvanization technology, which allows direct connection of Al/Cu conductors without the need for bimetallic adapters or special end fittings. The factory-applied contact paste ensures optimal protection of the electrical contact point from the moment of installation.

The system supports various conductor types: solid, stranded, and flexible, both with and without ferrules. This versatility eliminates the need for installers to stock different types of connectors.

Operational Safety and Reliability

The housing is made of thermoplastic material with flame class V0 (UL94), guaranteeing maximum safety even under difficult industrial conditions. The connector has passed rigorous mechanical, load, and short-circuit tests, achieving short-circuit class A – the highest possible classification for this type of component.

Therefore, it can be used as the main power terminal in installations exposed to current overloads and short circuits. The operating temperature range from -25°C to +80°C ensures reliability in diverse environmental conditions.

ClickSet™ Mounting Mechanism

The ClickSet™ mounting mechanism enables instant attachment to a TH-35 mm DIN rail, significantly accelerating the installation process. Alternatively, screw mounting is also available for greater application flexibility. The tightening torque is visible on the connector cover, facilitating connection quality control.

The product meets the requirements of EN 60947 and EN 61238 standards, holds UL 1059 certification, and SGS FI certification confirming high manufacturing quality and compliance with international standards. IP20 protection rating guards against contact with live parts.

Operating Parameters and Construction

The connector offers a rated current of 630A at 1500V DC/1000V AC. The single-level construction includes six screw terminals per level with verified internal galvanic connections between levels.

Compact dimensions (101×78×720 mm) allow space savings in switchboards while maintaining full functionality. Available in blue and other color variants for easy circuit identification.
