Moblock 2P distribution block for low-voltage switchgear

The Moblock 2P distribution block is an advanced device for the safe and efficient management of conductors in low-voltage switchgear and control panels. The two-pole design allows for the simultaneous management of two current paths with a maximum rated current of 100 A and a voltage of 1000V AC/DC.

Design and materials ensuring reliability

The device is equipped with 7 terminals per pole, including 2 main input terminals with a cross-section of up to 25 mm² and 5 output terminals with a cross-section of up to 6 mm². This configuration allows for the connection of high-current main power and safe distribution to smaller auxiliary circuits.

Conducting parts are made of brass, which provides excellent electrical conductivity and natural corrosion resistance. The terminal screws made of galvanized steel guarantee the durability of connections and stable wire clamping. The housing is made of UL 94 V-0 rated self-extinguishing plastic, which increases the level of fire safety.

Operational safety and installation status monitoring

A transparent plastic cover allows for visual inspection of the connection status without the need to disassemble protective elements, which significantly facilitates maintenance inspections. Each busbar is isolated from the others using insulating barriers, minimizing the risk of phase-to-phase short circuits.

The block meets the requirements of the IEC 60947-7-1 standard for terminal blocks for copper conductors and holds CE certification confirming compliance with EU directives. The short-circuit capacity is 6 kA for 1 second, and the peak short-circuit current reaches 20 kA.

Mounting versatility and compatibility

The design allows for mounting on a standard DIN TH35 rail as well as directly to a mounting plate using screws, providing design flexibility for various switchgear configurations. The terminal blocks are removable—they can be easily taken out of the clips, facilitating the installation of conductors located in deeper layers of the installation.

The terminals support both rigid conductors (single-core and stranded) and flexible wires with ferrule ends within the cross-section range of 1.5-25 mm². The block is equipped with PE (grounding) and N (neutral) rails, enabling full distribution of all installation conductors.

Compact dimensions (49×52×72 mm) optimize space utilization inside the control cabinet, and the robust construction guarantees long-term operation in demanding industrial environments.
