The Moblock 4P 160A-9 distribution block is an advanced device for safe and efficient cable management in low-voltage switchgear and control cabinets. Construction and materials ensuring reliability

Conductive parts are made of brass—a material with high electrical conductivity and natural corrosion resistance. Zinc-plated steel terminal screws guarantee the durability of mechanical connections over many years of operation. Each busbar is isolated from the others by insulating barriers, minimizing the risk of phase-to-phase short circuits and improving overall installation safety.

The reinforced housing is made of UL94 V-0 class plastic, providing additional mechanical protection and operational safety. The material is self-extinguishing, enhancing fire protection levels within the switchgear.

Safety and connection control

Transparent plastic covers protect against accidental contact with live parts while allowing visual inspection of all connections. This design significantly facilitates periodic inspections and rapid detection of any potential issues in the installation.

Nine terminal positions per pole enable flexible connection configuration: one main input cable (10-50mm²), six output cables with cross-sections of 1.5-16mm², and two cables with larger cross-sections (10-35mm²). This arrangement ensures optimal load distribution among individual consumers.

The block can be easily mounted on standard TS35 DIN rails or on mounting plates using screws—its practical design allows quick installation even in hard-to-reach areas of the switchgear. The terminal strips are removable, facilitating easy extraction from their clips and simplifying cable routing in deeper layers of the installation.

The presence of separate PE (protective) and N (neutral) busbars simplifies installation and ensures full compatibility with standard building grounding systems.
