Distribution block OJL200A blue in. 1xAl/Cu70 out. 6xCu 16mm² 1000VAC/DC MAB1201B10
Universal solution for conductor distribution in electrical installations
The OJL200A distribution block is a professional device designed for the safe and efficient distribution of one thick wire with a cross-section of up to 70 mm² into six smaller wires with cross-sections of 2,5-16 mm². Thanks to its compatibility with aluminum and copper wires and high technical parameters, it excels in various installation applications.
Construction and technical parameters
The device operates at a rated voltage of 1000V AC/DC, supporting a current of 200A for copper wires and 160A for aluminum wires. The compact design with dimensions of 46×75,8×32,4 mm fits into standard distribution boards, and the single pole ensures simple installation configuration.
Terminals made of tin-plated aluminum guarantee durable connections resistant to weather conditions. The screw connection system allows for secure tightening of wires using an Allen key.
Application and compatibility
The OJL200A block is used in distribution cabinets, switchboards, and anywhere where it is necessary to safely split power from a single supply to several circuits. It is particularly useful in industrial and commercial installations, as well as residential buildings during the modernization or expansion of existing electrical systems.
Material versatility allows for use with both new copper installations and existing aluminum ones without the need to replace the wiring.
Mounting and safety
Installation can be performed on a standard DIN rail or directly to a solid surface using screws, providing flexibility in choosing the mounting location. An insulating cover against contact ensures user safety.
The model meets Class A requirements and EN 61238-1 and EN 60947-7-1 standards.
Practical advantages
The compact design, while maintaining high operating parameters, allows for space savings in distribution boards. Easy installation and disassembly facilitate servicing and future installation modifications.
The universal nature of the device eliminates the need to use different types of blocks for different conducting materials, simplifying the logistics and storage of installation components.
