Construction and Materials

The terminals of the OJL blocks are made of tinned aluminum, ensuring excellent resistance to atmospheric conditions and long service life even under difficult operating conditions. The design supports aluminum and copper conductors with cross-sections from 35 to 120 mm² at the input, offering flexibility in conductor type selection.

The device features an insulating touch protection cover (IP20), ensuring safety during installation and operation. Compact dimensions (44.4 × 51 × 97 mm) allow for space savings in distribution boards while maintaining full functionality.

Operating Parameters and Connection Capabilities

The OJL280A model operates at a rated voltage up to 1000V AC/DC and a current of 280A, making it an ideal solution for low-voltage and medium-voltage installations. Its single-pole construction simplifies installation in standard power systems.

The connection system offers a total of 12 connections with various cross-sections:

• 3 connections for conductors >25 mm² (main outputs)
• 5 connections for 16 mm² conductors
• 4 connections for 10 mm² conductors

Installation and Compatibility

OJL blocks can be easily mounted on a standard DIN rail or on a solid surface using screws. The screws are tightened with an Allen key, ensuring secure mechanical and electrical connections. Installation flexibility allows for quick and convenient integration into existing electrical systems.

The design is compatible with MOFLEX busbars (models AF and AFS), enabling the creation of complex connections with full stability and safety of the power distribution system.
