OJL400A distribution block for wire splitting

The OJL400A distribution block enables the safe splitting of larger cross-section wires into several smaller branches.

Versatility and material compatibility

The device supports aluminum and copper input wires with cross-sections from 95 mm² to 240 mm². The outputs are designed exclusively for copper wires in two configurations: 4 branches with a cross-section of 2.5-35 mm² and 3 branches with a cross-section of 6-50 mm².

The terminals are made of tin-plated aluminum, ensuring excellent weather resistance and long service life even in harsh operating conditions.

Operating parameters and safety

The housing made of polyamide PA66 features an IP20 protection rating, protecting against finger contact and access to solid objects larger than 12.5mm. The maximum operating temperature is 80°C.

Construction and mounting

The device can be mounted on a standard DIN rail or on a solid surface using mounting screws. The screws are tightened using an Allen key.

Compact dimensions (51.4 x 51.2 x 100.3 mm) and a weight of approximately 250g make the block easy to install even in limited spaces within distribution cabinets or switchboards.
