OJL80A Distribution Block for Electrical Cable Splitting
The OJL80A distribution block is an advanced device designed for the safe and efficient splitting of larger cross-section electrical conductors into multiple smaller connections. Specifically engineered for demanding electrical installations, it delivers reliable performance at voltages up to 1000VAC and 1500VDC, making it an ideal solution for both standard AC circuits and DC photovoltaic systems.
Durable Construction and Materials
The device features a robust construction with tinned aluminum terminals, ensuring excellent resistance to atmospheric conditions and long service life even in harsh operating environments.
The block supports universal input connections: two conductors with a cross-section of 2.5-16 mm² (aluminum or copper) and six outputs for copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5-6 mm². Screwed connections ensure maximum contact reliability and eliminate the risk of conductor loosening during operation.
Operating Parameters and Safety
Model OJL80A operates with a rated current of 80A for copper conductors (75A for aluminum) at a maximum operating temperature of +80°C. The tightening torque is 1 Nm for conductors with a cross-section of 2.5-6 mm² and 6 Nm for larger conductors of 2.5-16 mm².
The device meets the requirements of safety class A and standards EN 61238-1 and EN 60947-7-1, guaranteeing the highest level of operational safety.
Installation and Mounting Compatibility
The block can be easily mounted on a standard DIN rail or on a solid surface using screws, employing a No. 2 hex key for tightening the connections.
The model is available in three colors (blue, gray, green), facilitating identification in complex installations.
Applications include DC photovoltaic installations as well as standard AC networks in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
