The LMC51 multi-hole cable entry is an advanced solution for routing and sealing cables in industrial and commercial installations. Thanks to its membrane-type design, it enables rapid cable installation without the need for connectors, while simultaneously providing a high level of protection against external factors.

Construction and materials

The cable entry body is made of high-quality thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which is characterized by excellent flexibility and resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents. The material is halogen-free and silicone-free, making it environmentally friendly and compatible with a wide range of applications.

The membrane-type design features precisely positioned holes of various diameters, allowing for the routing of cables with diameters ranging from 7mm to 25mm. The system contains 51 connection holes, including one larger hole for a cable with a diameter of 15-25mm and fifty smaller holes for cables with a diameter of 7-13mm each.

Operating parameters and protection

The cable entry provides an IP54 protection rating, which guarantees an effective barrier against dust and water jets falling from any angle. This characteristic is suitable for most industrial and commercial applications where reliable protection of cable installations is required.

The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +100°C, allowing the product to be used in both cold storage and high-temperature conditions typical of industrial environments.

Installation and compatibility

Installation of the cable entry is performed using a standard FL21 cutout (Type C hole), which simplifies the installation process and ensures compatibility with existing mounting systems. The mounting hole diameter is 9.5mm, allowing for secure fastening using standard fasteners.

The external dimensions of the product are 222 × 92 × 30mm, and its mass is only 205.7g, making it a lightweight solution that does not strain the supporting structure.

Application and certification

Designed for indoor and outdoor use, it performs excellently in electrical switchboards, control cabinets, and electronic device enclosures. The grey color (RAL7035) ensures an aesthetic appearance and blends well with most types of installations.

The product holds the RoHS certificate, confirming compliance with European standards regarding the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
