Construction and Materials

The cable entry plate body is made of high-quality thermoplastic elastomer, which features a halogen-free and silicone-free composition. The base frame has been reinforced with galvanized steel, guaranteeing resistance to mechanical damage. The material maintains its properties across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C, performing well in both freezing conditions and high temperatures.

The membrane type design ensures hygienic execution - the smooth surface without recesses eliminates areas where dirt can accumulate, which is particularly important in applications requiring high cleanliness standards.

IP65 Sealing System and Safety

The cable entry plate offers double sealing at the IP65 level, protecting against dust and water jets. This degree of protection maintains the tightness of the installation even in demanding environmental conditions.

Fire safety is confirmed by the UL94-V0 flammability rating, and a self-extinguishing version is also optionally available. The material may be available in an oil-resistant version, expanding the range of applications in environments where oily substances are present.

Installation and Compatibility

The cable entry plate is installed by making a small hole in the thin membrane, allowing for quick installation without unnecessary complications. The system is compatible with standard FL21 cutouts and can be securely fastened using screws with a hole diameter of 9,5 mm.

Screw mounting ensures secure and stable fastening of the cable entry plate, eliminating the risk of accidental displacement during operation.
