The MC3/7 IP67 RAL 7035 multi-hole grommet is an advanced solution for routing and sealing electrical and pneumatic cables in installations requiring the highest level of protection. Thanks to its membrane design and seven connection holes, it enables the safe routing of multiple cables through a single cutout, maintaining an IP67 protection rating even with bent cables.

Design and materials ensuring durability

The grommet body is made of high-quality thermoplastic elastomer with enhanced strength. The material is halogen-free and silicone-free, guaranteeing compatibility with a wide range of industrial applications. The base frame has been reinforced with galvanized steel, ensuring structural stability throughout its service life.

The membrane-type design allows for express installation - simply make a small hole in the thin panel and push the cables through without the need for additional tools or fasteners. The grommet maintains its sealing properties across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C.

Advanced sealing and IP protection

The double sealing system guarantees an IP66/IP67 protection rating, protecting the installation against dust and water jets. This advanced panel remains effective even when cables are bent or subjected to minor mechanical stresses.

The UL94-V0 flammability rating ensures safety in applications with elevated fire protection requirements. An optional self-extinguishing version is also available for an even higher level of protection against flame spread.

Universal mounting and compatibility

The grommet is designed for standard FL21 cutouts, simplifying the installation process in existing systems. Mounting is performed using screws through 9,5 mm diameter holes, ensuring stable attachment to the mounting surface.

The device dimensions are 222 × 92 mm with a straight membrane-type design. The surface remains in a raw state, allowing for further finishing according to individual design needs.

High cable packing density translates to space savings and improved aesthetics of the cable installation. The RAL 7035 (grey) color allows for harmonious integration with most installation systems. The product is supplied with a complete set of plugs/sealing elements matched to the specific configuration of the membrane holes.
