The LMC25 IP54 multi-hole cable entry module is a professional solution for routing and sealing 25 conductors simultaneously, providing high protection against environmental factors in industrial and commercial installations.

Design and materials

At the heart of the cable entry module is a flexible rubber membrane, which allows for fast and intuitive cable routing by making a small hole in the membrane. The design is based on a glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP-GF) frame, which guarantees excellent mechanical durability and resistance to deformation.

The membrane material is a halogen-free and silicone-free thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), characterized by natural flexibility maintained across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C. This design eliminates problems related to material aging or loss of flexibility at low temperatures.

IP54 protection and environmental resistance

The IP54 protection rating provides an effective barrier against dust and water jets, which is crucial for long-term operation in industrial conditions. The protection works effectively even with bent cables, eliminating the risk of moisture penetration through gaps created during installation.

The surface remains in a raw state, without additional coatings, which preserves the natural properties of the material and prevents problems with adhesion or coating degradation during operation.

The cable entry module is equipped with 9,5 mm diameter mounting holes, allowing for secure fastening using standard screws. The design is compatible with standard FL21 knockouts, simplifying the installation process and eliminating the need for additional enclosure modifications.

The device dimensions (222 × 92 × 30 mm) have been selected to provide an optimal ratio of capacity to occupied space, enabling installation even in tight applications.
