Versatility of application and material compatibility
The device supports copper and aluminum conductors. A single input accepts Al/Cu conductors with a cross-section from 10 to 70 mm². Six independent outputs for Cu conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 to 16 mm² allow for powering multiple load circuits from a single point.
Operating parameters and operational safety
The block operates at a rated voltage up to 1000V AC/DC. The rated current is 200A for Cu conductors and 160A for Al conductors.
The IP20 protection rating protects against finger contact and access to solid bodies larger than 12mm. The device maintains full functionality within a wide temperature range from -25°C to +80°C.
Construction and materials
The housing is made of polyamide PA66. The terminals are made of tinned aluminum.
Compact dimensions (width: 32.4 mm, height: 46 mm, depth: 75.8 mm) and a low weight (84g) facilitate installation in limited switchboard space.
Installation and configuration
The block can be easily mounted on a standard DIN TH35 rail or on a solid surface using screws. The screws are tightened using an Allen key, which ensures a precise tightening torque adapted to the cross-section of the connected conductors:
- 3 Nm for conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 - 16mm²
- 6 Nm for conductors with a cross-section of 25 -35mm²
- 10 Nm for conductors with a cross-section of 50 -70mm²
Normative compliance and certification
The device meets the requirements of European standards EN 61238-1:2003 and EN 60947-7-1:2011. It is specifically adapted for photovoltaic PV (DC) installations.
