The OJL200A distribution block is an advanced device for the safe distribution of electrical energy in industrial and commercial installations. Connection Versatility and Installation Flexibility

The block's design allows connection of a single Al/Cu input conductor with a cross-section from 10 to 70 mm², enabling flexible adaptation to various types of main supply lines - both aluminum and copper. Simultaneously, it offers six independent outputs for Cu conductors with a cross-section from 2.5 to 16 mm², ideal for powering multiple load circuits.

This configuration makes the block perfectly suitable for main and auxiliary distribution boards as well as control cabinets. The possibility of mounting on a standard TH35 DIN rail or using screws on a mounting plate ensures easy integration in any installation configuration.

Robust Construction and High-Quality Materials

The block housing is made of polyamide PA66, characterized by excellent mechanical and thermal resistance in the temperature range from -25°C to +80°C. The terminals are made of tin-plated aluminum, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance and stable electrical connections even in harsh environmental conditions.

Compact dimensions (width: 32.4 mm, height: 46 mm, depth: 75.8 mm) allow for efficient use of space within the distribution board while maintaining full functionality. The IP20 degree of protection ensures safe operation in indoor environments.

Operating Parameters and Safety

The OJL200A block meets Class A requirements and standards EN 61238-1 and EN 60947-7-1, guaranteeing the highest level of electrical safety. The tightening torque is 3 Nm for conductors 2.5-16mm², 6 Nm for conductors 25-35mm², and 10 Nm for conductors 50-70mm².

The device features an insulating cover against accidental contact and is specially adapted for DC photovoltaic installations.
