The OJL400A distribution block is a device designed for the safe and efficient distribution of large cross-section conductors into several smaller branches. The single-pole design with a conductor cross-section of up to 240 mm² enables operation at a load of 425 A.

Design and materials ensuring reliability

The block body is made of high-quality insulating materials, which guarantee full operational safety. The terminals are made of tin-plated aluminum, ensuring excellent resistance to weather conditions and a long service life even in difficult operating environments. Tinning the contact surface eliminates the problem of aluminum oxidation and ensures a stable electrical connection throughout the entire period of use.

The single-pole construction (1 pole) has been optimized to minimize energy losses and maximize current efficiency. Compact dimensions (width 51.4 mm, depth 100.3 mm, height 51.2 mm) ensure that the block occupies minimal space in a control cabinet or switchgear.

Versatility of connections and mounting flexibility

The device offers one main input suitable for aluminum and copper conductors with a cross-section from 95 to 240 mm². This versatility eliminates the need for additional adapters when using different types of conductors.

Power distribution through seven outputs

Three outputs for conductors with a cross-section of 6-50 mm² and four outputs for smaller cross-section conductors of 2.5-35 mm². This configuration allows for flexible adaptation to various installation needs.

Mounting is possible on a standard DIN rail or directly onto a solid surface using screws tightened with an Allen key. This flexibility enables rapid implementation into existing installations and easy reconfiguration in case of design changes.

Operating parameters and electrical performance

The block is characterized by the following electrical parameters: the rated current is 425 A, and the rated voltage reaches 1000 V AC/DC. These values make it an ideal solution for high-current installations in industrial, commercial, and residential applications.

High current-carrying capacity allows for powering loads with significant energy consumption without the risk of connection overheating. At the same time, the voltage of up to 1000 V AC/DC enables use in both low-voltage and medium-voltage installations.

The model does not have a sealing cover - it is an open solution intended for standard applications where additional protection against access is not required by standards or factory regulations.
