The OJL400A distribution block is a device designed for the safe and efficient splitting of large cross-section conductors into several smaller cross-section conductors. Designed for demanding industrial and commercial applications.

Versatility and material compatibility

The device supports both copper and aluminum conductors (Al/Cu designation), making it a universal solution for diverse electrical installations. The design allows for the connection of one main conductor with a cross-section of up to 240 mm² and splitting into four outputs with cross-sections of 35 mm² or three outputs with cross-sections of 50 mm². This flexibility allows for precise adaptation to the specific needs of each installation.

High electrical parameters and safety

The block operates at a rated voltage of up to 1000 V AC/DC, allowing its use in low-voltage and medium-voltage installations. The rated current is 425 A for copper conductors and 380 A for aluminum conductors, ensuring adequate performance for most industrial applications.

The device meets Class A requirements and standards EN 61238-1 and EN 60947-7-1, guaranteeing the highest level of operational safety. The IP20 protection rating protects against accidental contact with live parts.

High-quality construction and materials

The block body is made of tin-plated aluminum, which provides excellent resistance to weather conditions and a long service life even in harsh operating environments. The insulating elements are made of polyamide PA66, a material characterized by a high operating temperature of up to 80°C and excellent dielectric properties.

The terminals are designed to ensure a secure connection without the risk of loosening during operation. The screws are tightened using an Allen key, allowing for precise adjustment of the clamping force.

Flexible mounting and configuration

The block can be mounted on a standard DIN rail or using screws on a solid surface, providing full installation flexibility. Models with the AF designation are specially adapted for connecting flexible MOFLEX busbars with dimensions of 10×25 mm or several 1×25 mm busbars.

The housing color is green, which facilitates identification in multi-block installations. The design does not include a sealing cover, which simplifies service access.
