The OJL80A distribution block is a device designed by MOREK for the safe and efficient splitting of larger cross-section conductors into several smaller branches. Made of tin-plated aluminum, it provides excellent resistance to weather conditions and a long service life even in demanding operating environments.

The AL/CU construction allows for the safe connection of both copper and aluminum conductors, eliminating the galvanic problems typical of direct Al-Cu connections. This makes the block ideal for modernized installations where both types of conductors are present, as well as in new projects where flexibility in conductor material choice is crucial.

High electrical parameters and safety

The device operates at a rated current of 80A and a voltage of up to 1000VAC and an impressive 1500VDC. Class A and compliance with EN 61238-1 and EN 60947-7-1 standards guarantee the highest level of operational safety.

Flexible connection configuration

The block offers 2 main inputs supporting conductors with a cross-section of 2.5-16 mm² and 6 auxiliary outputs for conductors of 2.5-6 mm², providing a total of 8 connections. This configuration enables the efficient branching of one main circuit into six secondary circuits while maintaining full control over each of them.

Robust screw connections

All connections are made via screw connections tightened with an Allen key, ensuring maximum contact reliability and eliminating the risk of conductor loosening during operation.
