Universal solution for electrical installations
The OTL150-3 connector enables the secure connection of aluminum and copper conductors with cross-sections from 25 to 150 mm² without the need for additional adapters or bimetallic terminals.
Design and materials ensuring maximum safety
The connector body is made of thermoplastic material with the highest V0 flammability rating according to UL94 standards, which guarantees the self-extinguishing properties of the material in the event of a fire. The three-level design contains 6 terminals per level, allowing for flexible power distribution in industrial and energy installations.
The ClickSet™ mounting mechanism allows for rapid attachment to a TH-35 mm DIN rail, significantly accelerating the installation process. Alternatively, screw mounting is also possible for greater application flexibility.
Electrical parameters
The OTL150-3 model is characterized by impressive electrical parameters: rated voltage up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC and rated current In = 640A.
An operating temperature range from -25°C to +80°C ensures reliability in extreme environmental conditions. The internal levels are factory-bridged, eliminating the need for additional connections between levels.
Universal Al/Cu connections without quality compromises
A key feature of this connector is the universal screw connection system, which supports various types of conductors:
- Solid conductors (stranded) without ferrule: 25-120 mm²
- Solid conductors (stranded) with ferrule: 25-120 mm²
- Multi-core conductors: 25-150 mm²
Thanks to special aluminum galvanizing technology, contact paste is factory-applied, meaning it is ready for use immediately after taking it out of the package.
International compliance and quality certificates
The connector meets the requirements of European standards EN 60947 and EN 61238, holding international certificates confirming the highest manufacturing quality. The obtained short-circuit class A means it can be used as main power terminals in installations exposed to current overloads and short circuits.
The IP20 protection rating provides basic protection against contact with live parts and against access to solid bodies larger than 12mm.
