The MAA1150B10 universal connector enables the secure connection of aluminum and copper conductors with cross-sections ranging from 25 mm² to 150 mm² at a rated voltage of up to 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC.
Construction and safety materials
The housing is made of thermoplastic material with a V0 flammability rating according to the UL94 standard. The device dimensions are 31 × 54 × 84 mm, allowing for mounting on a TH-35 mm DIN rail.
The internal levels are factory-bridged, eliminating the need for additional connections between levels. Mounting is possible on a DIN rail or via screws directly to a mounting plate.
Operating parameters and material compatibility
The connector operates stably in a temperature range from -25°C to +80°C with a rated current of 320 A. The Al/CU technology enables the direct connection of aluminum and copper conductors without the need for Cu/Al adapters or bimetallic ferrules.
The design supports solid, stranded, and multi-core conductors in the full cross-section range from 25 mm² to 150 mm².

The connector meets the requirements of EN 60947 and EN 61238-1 standards and holds UL 1059 and SGS FI certifications. Short-circuit class A confirms its suitability for use as main power terminals in installations exposed to current overloads and short circuits.
Installation and operation
Each connector is factory-supplied with contact paste, making it ready for use immediately after unpacking. When installing aluminum conductors, it is recommended to remove the oxide layer and maintain the recommended tightening torque for the terminal screws as shown on the cover.
Available in five color versions: gray, blue, yellow-green, red, and black, which facilitates the organization and identification of circuits in the switchgear.
