The OTL150 connector is a distribution device designed for use with conductors of large cross-sections. This model features a universal Al/Cu connection, eliminating the need for additional adapters or special bimetallic terminals.

Construction and Materials Ensuring Safety

The housing is made of thermoplastic material with a flammability class of UL94 V-0, indicating self-extinguishing properties of the insulating material. This construction guarantees fire safety even in demanding industrial environments.

The conductive part is made of aluminum, and the contact elements are factory-coated with contact paste.

Operating Parameters and Conductor Compatibility

The device operates at a rated voltage of up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC. The rated current is 320A for copper conductors and 290A for aluminum conductors.

The supported conductor cross-section range includes:

• Solid conductors: 25-150 mm²
• Stranded conductors without terminals: 25-120 mm²
• Stranded conductors with crimped sleeves: 25-120 mm²
• Multi-strand conductors: 25-150 mm²

Operating temperature range of -25°C to +80°C ensures reliability under varying environmental conditions.

ClickSet™ Mounting Mechanism and Installation Flexibility

Mounting is performed on a standard DIN rail TH-35 mm using the patented ClickSet™ system, enabling tool-free, instant installation. Alternatively, screw mounting to a flat surface is also possible.

The device dimensions are compact at 31×54×84 mm, facilitating installation even in limited spaces within control cabinet distribution boards.
