The OTL240-2 connector is a professional solution for the secure connection of aluminum and copper conductors in high-demand electrical installations. Thanks to its universal bimetallic system, it eliminates the need for additional adapters or special terminals, simplifying the installation process while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Operating parameters and compatibility

The device supports conductors with a cross-section of 35-240 mm², both solid and stranded, providing a rated current of 850A. The rated voltage of 1500V allows for use in low-voltage and medium-voltage installations.

The operating temperature range from -25°C to +80°C guarantees reliability in diverse environmental conditions. The housing, made of thermoplastic with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, ensures maximum operational safety and resistance to high temperatures.

Construction and mounting mechanism

The mounting method on a TH-35 mm DIN rail enables quick attachment of the connector, significantly accelerating the installation process. Alternatively, mounting via screws on a flat surface is possible. Each connector features factory-applied contact paste, which eliminates the risk of installation errors and reduces working time.

Internal connection levels are factory-bridged, and the tightening torque is visible on the connector cover for easy control of installation parameters. Screw terminals ensure a secure connection while maintaining optimal tightening torque.

Regulatory compliance and safety

The connector meets the requirements of EN 60947 and EN 61238 standards, confirming high manufacturing quality and compliance with international standards. The yellow-green color facilitates the identification of the grounding function in the electrical installation.
