The OTL300 connector is a professional distribution component designed for demanding industrial and energy applications. This universal terminal enables the secure connection of aluminum and copper conductors with a cross-section of 95-300 mm² without the need for additional adapters or special bimetallic ferrules.

Construction and electrical parameters

The housing, made of flammability class V0 thermoplastic (according to UL94), ensures maximum operational safety in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +80°C. The connector operates at a rated voltage of 1500V DC / 1000V AC and a current of 490A.

Safety and certification

The connector has passed rigorous mechanical, load, and short-circuit tests, achieving short-circuit class A - the highest classification for power supply components in installations exposed to current overloads. It meets the requirements of EN 60947 and EN 61238 standards and holds UL 1059 and SGS FI certifications, confirming its high quality and compliance with international standards.

Application and compatibility

The versatility of this solution allows for use with all types of conductors: solid, multi-core, and stranded (both with and without sleeve terminals). Available in five color versions (gray, blue, yellow-green, red, black), it enables easy circuit identification according to industry standards.
