The OTL35 busbar terminal is an advanced solution for professionals seeking a reliable connection between aluminum and copper conductors in a single component. Thanks to innovative aluminum galvanizing technology and factory-applied contact paste, the device eliminates the need for additional Cu/Al adapters or bimetallic ferrules.
The wide range of compatibility includes conductors with cross-sections from 2,5 to 35 mm² in solid, stranded, and flexible forms, with or without ferrule terminals. A single terminal block handles both rigid wires and flexible stranded conductors, significantly simplifying the installation process and reducing the number of required components.
The tightening torque is visible on the terminal block cover, facilitating easy control of correct assembly. Hex 4 drive screw terminals require a torque of 3 Nm for 2,5-16 mm² conductors and 6 Nm for 25-35 mm² conductors, ensuring optimal pressure without the risk of damaging the conductor.
Electrical parameters and operational safety
