Advanced Al/Cu technology without compromise

Special plating technology enables the direct connection of aluminum and copper conductors without the need for expensive bimetallic adapters or special ferrules. This solution eliminates typical galvanic problems occurring during the traditional joining of different metals.

Factory-applied contact paste provides immediate protection of the contact point against oxidation and corrosion from the moment of assembly. Each terminal is ready to use straight out of the package, which significantly accelerates the installation process and minimizes the risk of assembly errors.

High electrical parameters, safety, and versatile applications

The terminal offers an impressive rated voltage of up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC, making it suitable for demanding installations, including photovoltaic systems where DC is of crucial importance. The rated current is 320A.

In domestic and residential distribution boards, it is used for connecting neutral power and creating branches, while in small and medium-sized industrial installations, it enables the connection of neutral power for machines, devices, and control panels. During modernizations of existing installations, it allows for the safe connection of new copper conductors to older aluminum infrastructure.

The housing made of material with flammability rating V0 (UL94) guarantees maximum safety in case of fire, which is particularly important in industrial applications.

Short-circuit withstand class A - proven reliability

OTL terminals undergo rigorous mechanical tests as well as load and short-circuit tests in accordance with IEC/EN 60947 and IEC/EN 61238-1:2003 standards. The result is achieving the prestigious Short-circuit withstand class A, which means approval for use as main power terminals in installations exposed to extreme current overloads and short circuits.

This classification confirms the highest level of safety and reliability, meeting the most restrictive requirements of the electrical engineering industry.

Mounting flexibility and identification

The ClickSet™ mounting mechanism allows for rapid fastening on a TH-35 mm DIN rail, significantly speeding up installation. Alternatively, screw mounting is also possible for greater application flexibility.

Blue housing color serves an identification function - it clearly indicates its purpose for neutral conductors (N) in accordance with current installation standards, increasing the clarity and safety of the entire installation.

Dimensions and operating temperature range

Dimensions are 30×43×49 mm, and the operating temperature range is from -25°C to +80°C.
