Universal solution for Al/Cu installations

The OTL50-3x connector is designed for aluminum and copper conductors. Thanks to its universal terminal system, it enables the secure connection of solid and stranded wires with cross-sections ranging from 1,5mm² to 50mm².

Construction and materials

The housing made of flame retardant thermoplastic V0 (according to UL94) guarantees fire safety and resistance to fire spread. The compact design with dimensions of 49×49×43 mm allows for optimal use of space in the distribution board.

Each connector is equipped with 6 universal screw terminals arranged on a single level, allowing for flexible management of electrical connections.

Operating parameters and electrical compatibility

The connector operates stably in a temperature range from -25°C to +80°C. A rated voltage of up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC combined with a rated current of 160A enables use in advanced power supply systems and photovoltaic installations.

Mounting on a TH-35 mm DIN rail significantly accelerates the installation process.

Safety and certification

The product has obtained short-circuit class A. The connector meets the requirements of EN 60947 and EN 61238 standards and holds UL 1059 and SGS FI certificates, confirming its high quality and compliance with international electrical safety standards.
