The OTL95-3 connector, designed for conductor cross-sections of 6–95mm², provides reliable connections at voltages up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC.
Construction and Materials Ensuring Operational Safety
The housing is made of thermoplastic material, ensuring resistance to environmental conditions and an operating temperature range from -25°C to +80°C. A special galvanization technology for conductive components enables direct connection of aluminum and copper conductors without the need for Cu/Al adapters or bimetallic terminals.
Each connector is factory-equipped with contact paste, eliminating the risk of installation errors and accelerating the installation process. The tightening torque is visible on the connector cover, facilitating quality control of the connection during assembly.
Electrical Parameters and Compatibility
With a rated current of 490A and a rated voltage up to 1500V, this connector is ideal for applications requiring high current-carrying capacity. The design supports various conductor types: stranded conductors without crimped sleeves (6–70mm²), stranded conductors with crimped sleeves (6–70mm²), and multi-strand conductors (6–95mm²).
The device dimensions are 59mm in width, 84mm in depth, and 51mm in height, allowing installation on a standard DIN rail TH-35mm. The ClickSet™ mechanism enables quick mounting, while screw mounting is alternatively available for greater flexibility.

The connector meets the requirements of standards EN 60947 and EN 61238, holding UL and SGS FI certifications confirming the highest quality of workmanship. Short-circuit class A indicates suitability for use as main power terminals in installations exposed to overloads and short circuits.
