Universal Al/Cu connector for electrical installations

The OTL95 connector in yellow-green is a solution for the safe connection of aluminum and copper conductors. Thanks to the universal screw connection system and factory-applied contact paste, it eliminates the need for additional adapters or bimetallic ferrules.

Versatile connections without compromise

The connector's design allows for a wide range of conductor cross-sections - from 6 mm² to 95 mm² - for both stranded and multi-stranded conductors. The screw connection system ensures a stable and durable connection regardless of the conductor type (solid, stranded, or sector cable). The internal levels are factory-bridged, which simplifies the installation process and minimizes the risk of assembly errors.

High electrical parameters for electrical applications

The device operates at a rated voltage of up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC, making it suitable for both low-voltage and medium-voltage installations. The rated current of 245A (for Cu conductors) or 220A (for Al conductors) provides sufficient capacity for most industrial and power applications.

Safety confirmed by certificates

The connector has achieved short-circuit class A after rigorous mechanical, load, and short-circuit testing. This means it can be used as main power terminals in installations exposed to current overloads and short circuits. The housing is made of material with a flammability rating of V0 according to UL94.

Compliance with international standards

The product meets the requirements of EN 60947 and EN 61238 standards and holds UL 1059 and SGS FIMKO certificates. The IP20 protection rating protects against contact with live parts under standard installation conditions.

Installation and device construction

The ClickSet™ mechanism allows for rapid mounting on a TH-35 mm DIN rail, significantly speeding up the installation process. Alternatively, mounting is possible using M6 screws (tightening torque: 12 Nm for cross-sections 6-25 mm² or 22 Nm for cross-sections 35-95 mm²), providing flexibility in various applications.

The device dimensions are 25 × 51 × 84 mm. One level contains two terminals, ensuring optimal packing density in the electrical switchboard.

Resistance to operating conditions

The operating temperature range is -25°C to +80°C. The insulating material - a thermoplastic - maintains its dielectric properties throughout its entire service life.
