Built-in redundancy protocols, such as Moxa Turbo Ring V2 and RSTP/STP, guarantee uninterrupted communication even in the event of a failure of one of the network segments – the switchover time to redundant mode under full load is less than 20 ms. Additionally, support for EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and Modbus/TCP protocols ensures compatibility with a wide range of industrial devices.
Using this switch allows for effective traffic management thanks to QoS (Quality of Service), IGMP Snooping/GMRP, VLAN and LACP functions. Data transmission security is ensured by RADIUS, TACACS+, SNMPv3, IEEE 802.1x, HTTPS and SSH. Device configuration is simple and intuitive – possible via the built-in USB port (using the ABC-02 adapter) or through the web interface.
Construction and Application
The switch is designed for DIN rail mounting, which facilitates its installation in control cabinets and electrical switchboards.
