Construction and materials

Made of cross-linked polyolefin with an inner layer of hot-melt adhesive, the sleeve provides excellent electrical insulation and mechanical protection against moisture and corrosion. This material is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, chemicals and UV radiation, which guarantees long-term reliability even in harsh operating conditions. The dielectric strength value is at least 12kV/mm.

The SKR4 38/11 sleeve is dedicated to cables with a cross-section from 6 mm² to 35 mm². Its four-finger construction perfectly adapts to the shape of the cable, providing a tight connection even in branching areas. Technical specifications

The diameter after shrinking is 11 mm, and the diameter before shrinking is 38 mm. The shrinking temperature should be above 125°C, and the operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +100°C. These parameters ensure optimal performance in various environmental conditions. The inner diameter of the finger after shrinking is 4mm and before shrinking 14mm.
