The Nofix PVC-U single holder is an element of the professional Fix Express pipe mounting system, designed for piping installations with diameters from Ø10mm to Ø65mm. The product belongs to the Fix Express holder family made of high-quality polyamide 6, which provides excellent temperature resistance and resistance to many chemical substances.

Material and structural durability

The holder is made of polyamide 6 - a plastic that guarantees a multi-year durability estimated at a minimum of 50 years. The material is characterized by full corrosion resistance, which eliminates problems typical of metal counterparts. The construction remains physiologically and microbiologically inert, and also shows resistance to limescale buildup and various contaminants.

The system maintains excellent fire-resistant properties - it does not support combustion, while simultaneously providing electrical insulation that eliminates the risk of galvanic and electrochemical corrosion. Thanks to high thermal insulation, it is possible to significantly reduce or completely forgo an additional layer of thermal insulation for the pipes.

Installation and handling

Installation of the holder is achieved by simply inserting the pipe into the holder and pressing lightly - the entire process does not require the use of specialized tools or electricity. Opening the closure is possible by prying the mechanism (e.g., with a screwdriver), which allows for multiple reuse of the element.

The design provides vibration and noise damping properties, which translates into the acoustic comfort of the installation. At the same time, the system is characterized by a weight several times lower compared to traditional metal materials, which facilitates transport and installation.

The Nofix PVC-U single holder is used in various installations: heating, sanitary, mechanical, and electrical. The system can be used both in new projects and when modernizing existing installations.

The internal surface of the pipes is characterized by high smoothness, which reduces flow resistance, allowing for the selection of smaller diameters for the installed pipelines.
