Electric heating mat for frost and snow protection

The EM2-CM-MAT-4M heating mat is an effective solution to protect surfaces from the effects of low temperatures. Designed for outdoor installation, it is ideal for driveways, ramps, paths and other surfaces exposed to icing. With a power of 300 W/m², it provides quick and even heating, preventing the formation of ice and snow. A width of 60 cm simplifies installation, and a length of 4 meters allows it to be adapted to different areas.

Construction and application

The EM2-CM-Mat consists of a carrier grid into which heating wires with a power of 25 W/m are embedded. The whole is resistant to atmospheric conditions and designed for permanent installation in concrete or sand under paving stones. The power cord with a length of 4 mm ensures easy connection to the electrical network. The mat is powered by 230 V AC and requires a controller (available separately) for full control over the heating process. Using a heating mat significantly increases the safety of using surfaces during the winter period, eliminating the risk of slipping and falling.
