Self-regulating heating cable designed to protect pipelines from freezing, typically for pipe diameters no larger than 50 mm (depending on the min. ambient temperature and the type and thickness of the insulation used).
Cables are powered from one end and can be cut to any length at the installation site.
Raychem R-ETL-A heating cables can be installed on pipes or inside pipes.
Thanks to the self-regulating effect, they adjust their heating power to the ambient temperature.
They do not overheat or burn out. They can also be crossed. They can be safely installed on plastic pipes. In case of heating system modifications, they can also be connected or branched.
The fluoropolymer cable jacket ensures high resistance to chemical substances.
