Installation flexibility and safety

A key feature of the T2RED wire is its self-regulation. This means that in areas with a larger surface or poorer insulation, the wire releases more heat, and where the surface is smaller or the insulation is better – less. This eliminates the risk of overheating and ensures even heat distribution over the entire floor surface. In addition, the wire can be cut to any length directly on site during installation, which greatly simplifies adaptation to the specifics of a given room. The shielding braid provides additional safety and durability of the installation.

Specification and application

The T2RED wire operates at 230V and reaches a maximum operating temperature of 65°C. Its dimensions (8.5 mm high and 5.8 mm wide) allow for discreet installation under various types of flooring. The heating power is 15 W/m, which guarantees efficient heating even on colder days. The wire is particularly recommended for commercial premises, where the interior arrangement is often changed – its flexibility allows for easy adaptation to new furniture arrangements without fear of uneven heating. The minimum bending radius is 35 mm, which makes it easier to lay in tight spaces.
