This electronic thermostat with surface and ambient temperature measurement is a reliable solution for monitoring and regulating temperature in non-hazardous areas. It comes with a temperature sensor that can be adapted to various applications – measuring on pipelines, tanks or in the air. This makes the device suitable for both industrial installations and domestic applications requiring precise temperature control.

Functionality and safety

The AT-TS-13 thermostat is designed for ease of use and reliability. The temperature setting range from -5°C to +15°C allows you to adapt the device to specific needs. The hermetic IP65 housing provides protection against moisture and dust, guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in harsh environmental conditions. A relay with a maximum load of 16A allows direct control of heating circuits. An LED indicates the device's operating status and any sensor damage (short circuit or open circuit), making diagnostics and quick response to potential problems easier.

Installation and application

The thermostat is compatible with various mounting methods – it can be mounted on SB-110 or SB-111 rails, as well as directly on the surface. Thanks to the M20 and M25 cable glands, connecting the power and heating cables is simple and safe. The 3-meter long sensor can be shortened to fit a specific application. The device is ideal for:

• Freeze protection of pipelines and tanks
• Underfloor heating control
• Temperature regulation in utility rooms
• Process temperature control in industry
• Protection of electrical equipment against overheating

Additionally, the thermostat allows extending the sensor cable to 100m using appropriate two-core cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which increases installation flexibility. However, remember to shield the sensor cable when laying it in cable ducts or near high-voltage cables, and to ground the shield on the thermostat side.
